Research on the configuration of EPC project cooperative surplus from the perspective of contractual reference point
In the context of the game where the owner of the engineering procurement construction(EPC)project pursues the greatest investment benefit and the contractor seeks the lowest construction cost,the state of the cooperation surplus in the process of cooperation between the two parties needs to be determined and analyzed.Firstly,the contract reference point theory is used to describe the initial contract and contractual reference point of the EPC project contractor,and then based on the Grossman-Hart-Moore(GHM)model,the EPC project contractor's cooperative residual state model is constructed,and the multiple states of the EPC project cooperation residual are analyzed.The analysis conclusion of the cooperative residual configuration based on this model can provide a reference for behavioral decision-making in promoting the benign game of the contradiction between the investment optimization and the construction cost minimization among the contracting parties.
