硬质合金四齿立铣刀结构优化设计

针对普通硬质合金四齿立铣刀在加工过程中存在的排屑不顺、刀齿易磨损等缺陷,文中对普通硬质合金四齿立铣刀结构进行了结构优化,扩大立铣刀刀头角度及螺旋槽的螺旋角,增大容屑槽的角度,改进螺旋槽槽底的形状,设计了结构优化后的强力四齿立铣刀;在Pro/E三维建模软件中建立了普通和结构优化后的两种立铣刀的三维模型,运用Ansys有限元分析软件对两种立铣刀进行切削性能分析。结果表明,经过结构优化设计得到的强力四齿立铣刀,其削性能显著提高。
Structure optimization design of carbide four tooth end milling cutter
In view of the defects such as the unsmooth chip removal and easy wear of the cutter teeth existing in the processing of the ordinary carbide four tooth end milling cutter,this paper optimizes the structure of the ordinary carbide four tooth end milling cutter,expands the angle of end milling cutter head and the spiral angle of spiral groove,increases the angle of chip holding groove,improves the shape of spiral groove bottom,and designs a powerful four tooth end milling cutter after structural optimization;Using Pro/E 3D modeling software,the 3D models of two kinds of end milling cutters are established,which are common and structure optimized.The cutting performance of the two kinds of end milling cutters is analyzed by using Ansys finite element analysis software.The results show that the cutting performance of the powerful four tooth end mill designed by structural optimization is significantly improved.
