基于太阳轮局部故障啮合周期特性的故障诊断指标

齿轮的局部损伤是行星齿轮箱服役过程中常见的故障模式。由于行星齿轮箱内部结构复杂,各轮齿间的啮合振动信号受到不同复杂频率成分的调制,因此,振动信号频率成分的解读对行星齿轮箱故障诊断至关重要。针对上述问题,提出了一种基于故障运动特征的伪潮汐频率实现对行星齿轮箱的故障诊断,并建立了行星齿轮箱太阳轮局部故障的振动信号模型,推导了频谱解析的表达式。通过传动实验采集了太阳轮不同状况下的振动信号,验证了伪潮汐频率的调制作用,进一步完善了对太阳轮局部故障振动信号中调幅成分的解读。
Fault diagnosis index based on meshing cycle characteristics of solar gear local faults
Local gear damage is a common failure mode in the planetary gear box service.Due to the complex internal structure in planetary gear box,the meshing vibration signals between the gear teeth are modulated by the different complex frequency components,so the interpretation of vibration signal frequency components is very important for the fault diagnosis of the planetary gear box.In order to solve the above problems,a pseudo-tidal frequency based on fault motion characteristics was proposed to realize the fault diagnosis of planetary gear box,and the vibration signal model of local fault of planetary gear box solar wheel was established,and the expression of spectral analysis was derived.The vibration signals of the solar wheel under different conditions were collected through transmission experiments to verify the modulation effect of the pseudo tidal frequency,and further improve the interpretation of the amplitude modulation components in the vibration signals of the solar wheel local fault.
