故障检测与健康管理在电力设备管理模型优化中的应用

为解决建筑运维阶段因电力设备管理模式单一、监测系统滞后导致重大设备故障频发、造成巨大维修成本等问题,引入故障预测与健康管理理念。结合数字孪生技术建立电力设备健康管理优化模型,通过智能算法对电力设备剩余使用寿命进行预测,最后选取某公安大楼的变压器设备进行实例分析,结果显示所建立的模型有助于延后设备故障点,提升设备剩余使用寿命值。这可为未来建筑运维阶段电力设备管理提供更好的管理优化模式参考。
Application of fault detection and health management in the optimization of power equipment management model
In order to solve the problems of single mode of power equipment management and lagging monitoring system in the building operation and maintenance stage,which lead to frequent major equipment failures and huge maintenance costs,the concept of fault prediction and health management is introduced,and the optimization model of power equipment health management is established by combining digital twin technology,and the remaining service life of power equipment is predicted by the intelligent algorithm.Finally,the transformer equipment in a public security building is selected for the example analysis,and the results show that the established model helps to delay the equipment failure point and enhance the remaining service life value of the equipment,which can provide a better management optimization model reference for the future building operation and maintenance stage of power equipment management.
