Research on the key factors and advancing path of prefabricated building development in Tianjin
Through the method of literature research,expert interview and text mining,the paper identifies the influential factors of the prefab building development in Tianjin.The important public factors for the development of prefabricated buildings in Tianjin were determined by factor analysis method and analytic hierarchy process as market factor,technology factor,economic factor,policy standard factor,management factor and other key influencing factors.Finally,a prefab building promotion path in Tianjin was established,by analyse the feasibility of each key influencing factors in Tianjin city using the field method,which was based on the stage of consolidating the foundation,accelerating the development and steadily advancing the development,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for each stage to eliminate the hindrant effect on the development of prefab buildings in Tianjin as far as possible.
