负载平台自动调平方法研究进展

随着科技的进步,车载设备对负载平台调平性能要求不断提高,尤其是在工程车辆及军事特种车辆领域要求更为严格。负载平台调平系统经过多年的研究已经从传统的人工手动调平发展到自动调平的阶段,但随着对调平精度和调平速度的要求不断提高,自动调平系统遇到的问题和挑战也愈加严苛。通过对调平系统现有的支撑方式、执行机构、调平策略以及调平算法的论述,综合分析了自动调平系统的发展现状以及面临的问题及挑战,为进一步提升自动调平系统性能指明方向。
Research progress of automatic leveling method for loading platform
With the advancement of technology,the requirements of vehicle equipment to the leveling performance of loading platforms are constantly improving,especially in the field of engineering vehicles and military special vehicles.The leveling system has been developed from traditional manual control to automatic control.However,with the continuous improvement of the requirements for leveling accuracy and speed,the problems and challenges of automatic levelling system are becoming more and more severe.This article comprehensively analyzes the current development status and challenges of the automatic leveling systems by discussing the existing support mode,actuator,leveling strategy and leveling algorithm of the leveling system.It points out the direction for further improving the performance of the automatic leveling system.
