摘要

《义务教育数学课程标准(2022年版)》对小学数学教师核心素养提出了新的要求.研究认为,小学数学教师核心素养应该以学生核心素养培养为目标、以数学课程内容聚合为主旨、以跨学科深度和广度为理路、以数学教学评一致性为抓手.基于"新课标"构建了小学数学教师核心素养的理论架构,以培养学生核心素养为中心,涵盖人与社会、人与工具、人与内心三个关系,分别包括知识素养、文化素养、跨学科素养;命题素养、评价素养、信息素养;情感素养、反馈素养、能力素养.九个核心素养相互联结、渗透、整合,是随着不同教学需要而不断变化的动态结构.

Abstract

The Mathematics Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 edition)puts forward new requirements for the core literacy of primary school mathematics teachers.Based on the new curriculum standards,a theoretical framework for the core literacy of primary school mathematics teachers is constructed,which focuses on the cultivation of students'core literacy and covers the three relationships between people and society,people and tools,and people and their hearts,including knowledge literacy,cultural literacy and inter-disciplinary literacy,proposition literacy,evaluation literacy,information literacy,emotional literacy,feedback literacy and ability literacy.The nine types of core literacy are connected,permeated and integrated with each other in a dynamic structure,changing constantly with different teaching needs.
