An Exploration of Marx and Engels'Theoretical System of National Governance
The academic community has not yet made a systematic analysis of Marx and Engels'theories of national governance,and it urgently needs special discussion.Reading the literature of Marx and Engels,we can see that Marx and Engels paid great attention to the issue of national governance in their theoretical re-search and social revolution practice.They created the theory of national governance with the characteris-tics of scientific analysis,criticism and negation,exploration and innovation,and historical development,and constructed a comprehensive and complete system.Through the dual dimensions of theory and practice,Marx and Engels clarified the intrinsic relationship between national governance and the nature of the country,demonstrated the basic principle that national governance is determined by the national system,and explained the profound meaning of national governance;by criticizing and praising the national govern-ance of the old bourgeois countries of Germany,Britain and France and the new proletarian regime of the Paris Commune,they showed the vast differences between the two and formed a strong and profound con-trast;by elucidating the original governance of clan society,commenting on the national governance of Ath-ens in the ancient Greece and the stages of national governance,they predicted the future communist social governance and revealed the general trend and overall picture of the development of human governance.
