Promoting the Cluster Development of Strategic Emerging Industries:Progress,Problems and Strategies
Cluster development can effectively promote the agglomeration of limited resources,and improve the high-quality development level of strategic emerging industries by enhancing innovation level,achieving economies of scale,promoting professional division of labor,and reducing transaction costs.The current de-velopment of strategic emerging industries clusters in China has achieved initial results,with the cluster size continuously increasing,the supporting facilities of the industrial chain continuously improving,the support of innovation platforms increasing,and the policy environment gradually optimizing.However,it also faces problems such as poor industrial layout,insufficient regional linkage,limited innovation support,weak supporting services.In order to promote the cluster development of strategic emerging industries,we should take"concentrated layout,concentrated development,filling gaps,optimizing ecology,regional coor-dination,and subjects linkage"as our development strategy and main direction,accelerate the concentrated development of strategic emerging industries,make up for the shortcomings of the key core links of the in-dustry and regional innovation platforms,improve the level of cooperation between enterprises of the indus-trial chain,promote the innovation cooperation of related industrial clusters in similar regions,and strengthen the support of the modern service industry to the cluster.
