Global Industrial Governance in the Context of the Transformation of Industrial Policies in Major Powers
Global industrial governance is a branch that extends from the discourse system of global econom-ic governance.The reason why it is necessary to probe into this issue separately is that with the intensifica-tion of geopolitical and economic competition,new interventionism and national centrism have returned,and the implicit industrial policies of major powers are constantly becoming apparent and the transformation of industrial policies is accelerated.Major powers attach more and more importance to industrial policy ar-rangements and industrial strategic layout,and industrial competition and cooperation among major powers as well as international coordination and game of industrial policies continue to strengthen.Global industri-al governance is essentially the coordination and interaction process of industrial policies among the coun-tries,especially major powers,forming common governance rules and standards.Constructing a theoretical analysis framework for global industrial governance not only aims to investigate and expand the theoretical and practical issues of global economic governance in the field of industry,but also helps to propose imple-mentation strategies for China to accelerate the transformation of industrial policies and actively participate in the coordination of global industrial policy in the context of intensified geopolitical competition.
