The Analysis of Long-term System to Promote the Development of China's Private Economy
A good system is an important guarantee for the development of private economy.To develop and strengthen the private economy,in addition to adopting support measures in light of the current outstand-ing contradictions and problems,it is also necessary to transform the results of reform and good practices into long-term system.The focus of long-term system construction to promote the development of private economy is as follows:focusing on the discrimination caused by the imperfect fair competition review sys-tem and administrative monopoly on the private economy,and improving the system of fair competition for enterprises of all types of ownership;focusinig on the problems such as unclear property rights,non-stand-ard governance,low level of operation and management,and to improve the compliance and scientificity of private enterprise governance,and establish a modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics;focu-sing on the capital,talent,data and other elements,and to strengthen the system for private enterprises to absorb high-quality high-end elements.Only by promoting the construction of various long-term systems such as fair competition,property rights protection,corporate governance,and allocation of production fac-tors as a whole,and forming a joint force for system construction,can we give full play to the restraining and incentive role of the system and promote the development of private economy.
