相关专业培养小学科学教师的政策逻辑、挑战与实现路径

加大相关专业科学教师人才培养力度是我国加强小学科学教师培养的一项重要举措。但数学与应用数学、物理学等相关专业的人才培养目标和课程设置各不相同,培养小学科学教师的优势和面临的挑战差异较大。培养高素质专业化创新型小学科学教师背景下,相关专业应在地方政策协调与调研的基础上,基于专业优势,以直接培养、第二学位、辅修专业、选修课程、中小学合作项目、特殊培养计划等多种方式参与小学科学教师培养,同时通过宣传加强理工科大学生对小学科学教学工作的了解和对小学科学教师身份的认同。我国可借鉴国际经验,设置一年制教学学士后文凭课程,为有志于从事小学科学教学工作的理工科人才提供入职通道。
The Policy Logic,Challenges,and Implementation Paths of Training Science Teachers for Primary Schools in Related Majors
Strengthening the training of science teachers in related majors is an important measure to strengthen the training of science teachers for primary school in China.However,the training objectives and curriculum of mathematics and applied mathematics,physics and other re-lated majors are different,so these majors may face different challenges in training science teach-ers for primary schools.In the context of training high-quality,professional and innovative sci-ence teachers,related majors should participate in the training of science teachers through various methods such as direct training,second degree,minor majors,elective courses,cooperation pro-jects with primary and secondary schools,special teacher training plans,etc.based on local poli-cy and professional advantages.At the same time,these majors should enhance the understand-ing and professional identity of science and engineering college students towards science teaching in primary school through publicity.China should learn from international experience and estab-lish a one-year graduated diploma in teaching to provide channels for science and engineering tal-ents who aspire to engage in science teaching.
