Chinese Practice of Integrating Education,Science and Technology,and Talents——Analysis of"Group-Type"Education Support Model
"Group-type"education support is an innovation of education support mode,which is of great practical significance to the integration of education,science and technology,and talents in China.The study of eight key counties of province G"group-type"education sup-port practice,found that its"group-type"education support mainly involves education support,scientific and technological support,talent support,however,in the process of specific support,there are still problems such as weak continuity of education support,insufficient strength of edu-cation support,and deficient precision of education support.Based on this,according to the syn-ergistic theory,we build a"group-type"education support model that integrates education,sci-ence and technology,and talents from four dimensions:the main body of education support,the way of education support,the process of education support,and the goal of education support.In the post-poverty era,high-quality"group-type"education support need to strengthen scientific and technological support,explore local support mode,promote integration support of education,science and technology,talents and so on,and effectively improve the"group-type"education support effectiveness.
