Research on the Construction and Application of the Indicator System of Kindergarten Principals'Instructional Leadership
Kindergarten is the main position to realize the high-quality development of nurs-ery education,and the director is the professional who performs the leadership and management of kindergarten nursery education,and his/her pedagogical leadership is the core leadership,which is a comprehensive ability to influence the high-quality development of kindergarten nursery edu-cation.The scientific construction of the indicator system of kindergarten principals'instructional leadership is an important premise to improve the instructional leadership of the director.Based on the theory of instructional leadership of headmasters and China's preschool education policy documents,the instructional leadership index system of the director was constructed,namely,planning childcare education,leading curriculum and teaching,supervising and evaluating child-care education,leading teachers'growth,and constructing team culture.Applying this index sys-tem,we empirically investigated the development status of the instructional leadership of the di-rector,and found that the instructional leadership of the director is at a medium-high level;there is an imbalance in the development level of each index system of the instructional leadership of the director;and there is a significant difference in the level of instructional leadership of the di-rector of different teaching ages and different regions.In view of the current level of the develop-ment of instructional leadership,suggestions are made from the education administrative depart-ments,training institutions for directors and directors themselves.
