Identification of Influencing Factors of Kindergarten Teachers'Vision Based on the DEMATEL Method
Teachers' vision awakens endogenous developmental dynamics in teacher ontology and is an important factor influencing teachers' autonomous and sustainable teacher development.In order to identify the key factors influencing kindergarten teachers' visions,the method of Deci-sion Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(DEMATEL)were used to determine the degree of influence,influenced,centrality,and cause of the 12 factors influencing the development of teachers' visions,and such influence factors were gathered into four sets of factors:strong cause,weak cause,strong result and weak result.The results show that:Common vision of the kinder-garten,effectiveness of teaching and research activities at the organizational level of kindergarten and the teaching age and professional reflection of teachers at the individual level were the strong cause-type factors influencing kindergarten teachers' visions development;The strong result-type factors affecting kindergarten teachers' visions were degree of co-operation with colleagues,or-ganizational support system at the organizational level of kindergarten and job autonomy at the teacher level.The combined effect of these two types of factors on teachers' visions development is relatively strong.Accordingly,corresponding recommendations are made to promote the devel-opment of kindergarten teachers' visions.
