The Influence of Interpersonal Relationship on Rural Teachers'Educational Beliefs:the Mediating Role of Teaching Efficacy
In order to explore the relationship between interpersonal relationship and the ed-ucational belief of rural teachers and its function mechanism,7,517 rural teachers from 7 prov-inces were investigated with the interpersonal relationship scale,teaching efficacy scale and edu-cational belief scale as the measurement tool,and the data were analyzed and processed with SPSS software.It is found that the educational belief of rural teachers is above average level,the teaching efficacy is high level and the interpersonal relationship is relatively low level;the rural teachers' interpersonal relationship,teaching efficacy and educational belief are significant posi-tive correlation,the interpersonal relationship and teaching efficacy have a direct prediction effect;in the process of interpersonal relationship,the teaching efficiency can act as some inter-mediary role.Based on the research conclusion,it is proposed that improving the educational be-lief of rural teachers needs to systematically design the following three aspects:improving inter-personal relationship,enhancing teaching efficiency,and deepening the identity of 'insiders'.
