The Influence of Personal Growth Needs on Teachers'Willingness to Rotate:The Mediating Role of Overall Group Development
Running schools by group is a new model for resolving imbalances in the distribu-tion of educational resources, promoting the flow of educational resources and achieving the re-generation and sharing of quality resources.Teacher exchange and rotation is an important meas-ure to promote group schooling and respecting teachers'willingness to rotate is important for the effective implementation of the rotation and exchange policy. The essence of teacher exchange and rotation in the context of group schooling is the readjustment of the personal-organizational rela-tionship between teachers and the group and member schools. Therefore, based on the person-or-ganization fit theory,314 kindergarten teachers in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were se-lected as the research subjects to explore the influence of personal growth needs and the overall development of the group on teachers'willingness to rotate. The questionnaire survey found that teachers'overall willingness to participate in exchange rotation was slightly above average, with much room for improvement.Teachers'personal growth needs significantly cause their willingness to rotate, and the mediating effect of the group's overall development is significant in the relation-ship between personal growth needs and willingness to rotate. To improve teachers'willingness to exchange and rotate,we should plan the direction of teachers'rotation to meet the needs of teach-ers'growth and development at all stages;increase the publicity of the policy to enhance teachers'value recognition;and empower information technology to build a teacher development platform for the group.
