Qualitative Study on the Emotional Management Ability of Teachers in School Field
Teachers'emotions affect their teaching life and educational work,and need to be managed.Through in-depth interviews with individual cases,the impact on teachers'emotions and their management status were revealed.The personality traits of teachers are internal factors that affect their emotions,while students'poor performance and parents'unreasonable demands are the main external factors that trigger teachers'negative emotions.Excessive workload drains teachers'positive emotions;The emotional intelligence and professional identity of teachers are important factors that affect their emotional management.Understanding and adhering to emotion-al expression rules that meet the requirements of the teaching profession can help teachers manage their emotions.Current teachers are able to recognize the importance of emotional management,but their emotion-al management abilities need to be improved.Teachers should learn to be masters of emotional management,constantly improve their emotional intelligence,strive to maintain a positive attitude,reverse inappropriate concepts about emotional management and learn effective emotional regula-tion strategies;Schools need to optimize management,reduce the workload of teachers,build a harmonious and friendly campus working atmosphere;The public opinion environment that is not conducive to respecting teachers and valuing education need to be purified.
