Connotation,Features and Construction of the Learning Professionalism of Pre-service Teachers
The learning professionalism of Pre-service Teachers means there are significant difference between the pre-service teachers and the non-pre-service teachers.Paying attention to the learning professionalism of pre-service teachers is helpful to reshape the professional cul-ture,improve the education quality and promote the professional level of teacher education in col-leage.The study of the learning professionalism of pre-service teachers is an important topic to promote the professionalization of teacher education.The learning professionalism of pre-service teachers needs to be analyzed on the logical premise of pre-service teachers'learning concept of"learning for the sake of learning",which is manifested in the basic characteristics of complexity,nurturing,practicality,demonstration,and reflection.The construction of the learning profession-alism of pre-service teachers needs to be based on the"student-oriented"education concept,which can be carryout from four aspects:recognise the characteristics of professional learning ac-tivities,create the culture of professional learning activities,build the platform of professional learning activities,and reinvent the mechanics of professional learning activities.
