智能时代的"创中学":理论内涵与实践方略

人工智能时代的生产与劳动变革,对劳动力素质提出了更高的要求,特别体现在创新素养方面。学校教育是劳动力创新素养培养的主渠道,应以"创中学"推动实现学习方式变革,培养学生的创新意识、设计思维和耐挫品质。学生在教师的指导与鼓励下,以一定的创意为基础,凭借一定的媒介素材,以方案设计、实践操作、实验探究、即兴创作等方式进行富含创造性的学习活动。"创中学"的目标在于培养学生创造型人格,内容坚持求真、向善和审美的统一,过程表现出具身化的认知风格。培养和激发学生的创意是"创中学"有效实施的核心基点。提供丰富资源的实践场域是"创中学"的实施空间,教师综合素质的提升、教学评一致性的有效推进、鼓励创新创造的校园文化营造等是实施"创中学"的重要条件保障。
"Learning by Making"of Intelligent Era:Theoretical Connotation and Practical Strategies
The labor mode and technological transformation in the era of intelligence require a large number of innovative,knowledge-based,and composite workers who have mastered the theory,methods,technology,products,and applications of artificial intelligence,with a special em-phasis on the innovative literacy of the labor force.The cultivation of innovative literacy has an important practical demand in school education,which is to achieve a change in learning meth-ods,require students to learning by making,cultivate their innovative consciousness,design think-ing,and resilience."Learning by Making"refers to the creative learning activities that students engage in,under the guidance and encouragement of teachers,based on certain creative idea and using certain media materials,through design schemes,practical operations,experimental explora-tion,and improvisation.It is aimed at cultivating students'creative personality,emphasizing the u-nity of seeking truth and goodness,aesthetics,and the unity of body and mind in the cognitive process.Cultivating and stimulating students'creative idea is the core basis for the effective im-plementation of it,and providing a rich practical field of resources is the implementation space of it.The improvement of teachers'comprehensive quality,the effective promotion of teaching-eval-uation consistency,and the creation of campus culture are important conditions for the implemen-tation of"Learning by Making".
