Empirical Study on the Cross-Regional Execution Cooperation Operation of the Courts in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region——Taking the Relevant Data of H District Court as a Sample
With the continuous improvement of China's economic level,the acceleration of urbanization and the implementation of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy,the overall strength of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has reached a new level,the high-quality development has stabilized,the population mobility and economic exchanges have become increasingly frequent,and the number of various types of litigation cases has also increased.When the people's court carries out cross-regional enforcement,local protectionism caused by jurisdiction and different enforcement efforts among regions restrict the efficiency of enforcement,damage the interests of the parties,and even lead to a decline in judicial credibility.To solve these problems,it is imperative to promote the cross-domain execution cooperation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei courts.This paper takes the cases and data of entrusted execution and entrusted execution in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in the past six years as samples,and analyzes and explores the problems related to the in-depth promotion of cross-regional execution cooperation mechanism in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Based on the implementation of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and related policies,this paper discusses the necessity and existing problems of promoting the cross-domain implementation cooperation of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei court,and tries to put forward specific operational suggestions.
