Research on the Construction of the Law-Based Business Environment from the Perspective of Judicial Service Guarantee
The excellent judicial environment is the necessary condition for the construction of the law-based business environment and the fair and strict justice can play an important role in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises,enhancing the sense of security of market subjects,resolving social conflicts and so on.In the current judicial practice,the problems of unclear boundary of judicial responsibilities,low judicial efficiency,relatively lagging judicial service guarantee have always being existing,which hinders the process of legalization of the business environment.From the perspective of building judicial service guarantee,this paper examines the path of legalized business environment construction.Only by adhering to the leadership of the Party and judgement according to law,abiding by the people's supremacy and judicial fairness and justice,strengthening the active sinking and judicial convenience,activating linkage cooperation and judicial precision and efficiency,can the administration of justice play the biggest role in optimizing the business environment.
