A Further Observation on the Right of Visitation in Prison from the Perspective of Rights Protection
The effective exercise of the right of visitation in prison can enable convicts to maintain relatively stable ties with society even if they are in a closed environment,which can not only help the resocialization of convicts,but also effectively avoid the formation of their prison personality,thus promoting the harmony and stability of society as a whole.At this stage,in practice,the right of visitation has been exposed to varying degrees of incomplete legislation,lax procedures,poor results,and other problems,which are not deeply in line with the comprehensive rule of law,and it is necessary to explore issues related to the protection of the right of visitation in legislation,criminal execution,and social participation.
