论美好生活视域下大学生劳动教育的困境与出路

摘要
大学生劳动教育是培养社会主义接班人、创造美好生活的重要途径，与美好生活有着密切的关系耦合：一方面，劳动教育为美好生活的创建提供了高素质人才，激发了大学生对实现美好生活的热情；另一方面，美好生活又赋予劳动教育新的育人任务。 但是新时代大学生劳动教育在价值取向上较为多元，实施措施上也千差万别，同时缺乏物质、文化、制度方面的支持，这些限制了劳动教育育人性的发挥。 把握劳动教育的现实需求，满足人民对美好生活的向往，需要家庭、高校、社会共同努力实现“三位一体”多方联动，助力美好生活的实现。
Abstract
Labor education for college students is an important way to cultivate socialist successors and create a better life， which is closely related to a better life. On the one hand， labor education can provide high-quality talents for building a better life； on the other hand， a better life also gives labor education a new task of educating people. However， the labor education of college students in the new era is relatively diverse in value orientation， implementation measures are varied， and there is also a lack of material， cultural and institutional support， which greatly limits the educational nature of labor education. To grasp the practical needs of labor education and meet the people's yearning for a better life， it is imperative for families， universities， and society to make joint efforts to create the "three-in-one" multi-party linkage so as to enhance labor education and help achieve a better life.
