Research on the Construction of Application-oriented College Talent Training Mode from the Perspective of the Emerging Engineering Education
The exploration of talent training mode is the core of the new engineering reform.Based on the three elements of the talent training model--the goal,the process and the quality evaluation of the talent training model,this paper discusses the connotation of the construction of the applied college talent training model from the perspective of new engineering.Specifically,the talent training target is field engineers,and the specifications emphasize application,compound and innovation;In the process of talent training,the professional setting emphasizes interdisciplinary,the curriculum construction presents a comprehensive,the construction of the teaching staff pays attention to the structure,the integration of production and education reflects the systematization;In the quality evaluation of talent cultivation,the process monitoring of total quality management should be combined with the achievement evaluation of students'learning results.
