The Enlightenment of the Fourth Generation Evaluation Theory on Teacher Training Evaluation in Chinese Vocational Colleges
The fourth generation evaluation theory is one of the advanced evaluation theories at the forefront of the international communities,which takes responsive focus as the starting point,consultation and consensus as the guiding principles,and its essence is the co-construction of multiple subjects.It has important implications for the evaluation of teacher training in Chinese vocational colleges:it advocates the integration of instrumental rationality and value rationality in evaluation concepts,encourages the participation of multiple value subjects in evaluation,promotes various methods to facilitate teachers'professional growth in evaluation methods,and advocates negotiation and consensus as guiding principles in evaluation implementation.
