The Dilemma and Resolution Strategies of Teachers'Scientific Research Identity in Higher Vocational Colleges
The dilemma of scientific research identity of teachers in higher vocational colleges comes from themselves and society.Teachers'self-identity dilemma mainly manifests as serious professional burnout,lack of sense of belonging in scientific research,blurred professional cognition,and imbalanced development.The social identity dilemma is mainly manifested in the lack of voice in scientific research by higher vocational teachers and the marginalization of higher vocational teachers'scientific research identity.From the perspective of self-identity,teachers in higher vocational colleges should establish career development plans to clarify their self-positioning and strengthen the scientific research atmosphere in higher vocational colleges;from the perspective of social identity,teachers in higher vocational colleges should strengthen their voices in scientific research and improve the evaluation system of scientific research in higher vocational colleges.
