Evaluation and Optimization of Performance-based Pay System in Colleges and Universities——Based on the Analysis of Performance-based Pay Distribution Methods
Taking the performance-based pay distribution method as the breakthrough point,combined with the text analysis of the current methods of 42 universities in Jiangsu Province,this paper studies the commonness and individuality of the performance-based pay system of each university.Through reviewing and sorting out the national,provincial,and municipal distribution policy documents,it is believed that the performance-based pay system in colleges and universities should be optimized from five aspects:adhering to the systematic concept and strengthening the institutional design,broadening the source of funds,continuously promoting the reform of the teacher appointment system,scientifically designing the evaluation system,and exploring different payment modes.
