The Realistic Difficulties and Efficiency Optimization Path of Higher Vocational Colleges'Social Service Function
Under the reform of vocational education,social service has become an important indicator to measure the quality and development level of higher vocational colleges.At present,the four major types of social services in higher vocational colleges,including conventional functions,technical skills,information consulting and spiritual culture,show the characteristics of obvious regional service scope and basic practice-oriented service.There are some difficulties in higher vocational colleges,including weak comprehensive abilities of social service teachers,imperfect organizational and execution mechanisms,and low support and recognition from external environment.In view of them,the mixed"on-chain teacher group"should be established to create the brand of skill masters and innovate the multi-subject social service mode.Formulate the"annual special plan for social services",create full-time institutions,select auxiliary institutions,and strengthen the implementation of social services.Further measures should be taken to work deeply,expand volunteer services,match regional characteristics,optimize professional layout,create a good environment,and enhance public awareness of social services in higher vocational colleges.
