应用型本科院校继续教育转型及发展路径研究

摘要
阐述应用型本科院校继续教育转型发展的历程及继续教育存在的问题,提出应用型本科院校继续教育应通过推动内外激励机制转型、向校本部办学转型、向产业学院转型、搭建"学分银行"等途径,使应用型本科院校继续教育走出一条由市场性向市场性和公益性并存,由学历补偿教育为主向非学历继续教育为主,由注重规模数量向更加重视内涵质量的转型之路.
Abstract
After analyzing the current situation and the existing problems on the transformation and development path of continuing education in applied undergraduate colleges,the paper proposes such development paths as promoting the transformation of internal and external incentive mechanisms,transitioning to campus-based education,transitioning to industrial colleges,and building"credit banks",so as to transform it from the previous market-oriented path to a path of coexistence between market and public welfare,with the focus from academic compensation education to non-degree continuing education,and from emphasizing on scale and quantity to placing greater emphasis on connotation and quality.
