Returning to the Attribute of Vocational Schools:Realistic Dilemmas and Path Exploration of School——Enterprise Cooperation under the Background of"Enthusiasm for Further Studies"among Secondary Vocational School Students
With the increasing demands of secondary vocational school students,further studies have become an important factor hindering the deep cooperation between vocational schools and enterprises,and to find a balance between further study and employment has become a breakthrough.This article starts with the problems of student retention and management in the cooperation between vocational schools and enterprises,the lack of practical experience and industry awareness among vocational school teachers,the insufficient and uneven distribution of practical class hours for students,and then proposes suggestions to improve students'comprehensive job abilities to adapt to job rotation,increase teachers'enterprise experience and skills,focus on skill-oriented entrance exams,and deepen school-enterprise cooperation,with the aim to strengthen the connection between schools and enterprises and enhance the vocational attributes of secondary vocational education.
