Colleges from the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration:A Case Study of Chery Automobile Industry College
Taking the industrial colleges of various vocational colleges within the Chery Automobile Industry College Vocational Education Alliance as the research object,an in-depth investigation and study was conducted on their cooperation modes,talent cultivation,curriculum construction,etc.It was found that in the early stages of construction,there were issues such as insufficient government support,low levels of enterprise participation and the need to strengthen the connotative construction of industrial colleges.Subsequently,optimization strategies are proposed,including improving the management system of industrial colleges,innovating school-enterprise collaborative education modes and enhancing the connotative construction of industrial colleges.Finally,a practical case of the"Chery Automobile Industry College"jointly built by schools and enterprises is presented to provide a certain reference for the optimization of the construction of the industrial colleges.
