在培养体系的目标设计上,须立足职业本科教育的人才培养目标,融价值理性和工具理性于一体;在培养体系的路径选择上,要基于培养目标的价值选择,在"双师型人才"和"双师型结构"之间进行权衡;在培养体系的标准建设上,当回归职业本科院校凝聚办学特色之远景,构建一套以"卓越双师"评价标准为中心的教学运行评价体系;在培养体系的规章建制上,应考量标准落实的环境需要,在权利本位和权力本位之间做出抉择.
The Value Selection of the Training System Construction for Young Teachers in Vocational Undergraduate Colleges
In the goal design of the training system,it is necessary to base on the talent training goals of vocational undergraduate education and integrate value rationality and instrumental rationality;In the path selection of the training system,a balance should be made between"dual-qualified talents"and"dual-qualified structure",based on on the value selection of the training objectives;In the criteria construction of the training system,there should be a return to the long-term vision of condensing the school-running characteristics of vocational undergraduate colleges,and a teaching operation evaluation system centered on the"outstanding dual-qualified talents"evaluation criteria should be constructed;In the establishment of regulations for the training system,consideration should be given to the environmental needs of criteria implementation,and a selection should be made between rights orientation and power orientation.
