The Development History,Current Challenges and Countermeasures of Vocational Training in Higher Vocational Colleges
Since the reform and opening up,vocational training in China has undergone three stages:preliminary exploration,development&improvement and deepening reform.Under the guidance of macro policies,higher vocational colleges actively implement the responsibility of balancing academic education and vocational training,undertake important tasks of vocational training and make contributions to the rapid development of the economic society.Based on the practical difficulties of vocational training work,vocational colleges should actively improve the management system,teaching mode and evaluation system of vocational training to create high-quality brands,promote the mutual promotion and progress of academic education and vocational training,and assist in the construction of vocational training systems.
