Research on Curriculum Design of Vocational Guidance in Higher Vocational Education Based on the Quality Model Theory
Based on the quality model theory,the paper provides a theoretical framework for the reform of vocational guidance courses in higher vocational education:from the three modules of self-management,interpersonal relationships and organizational management,enhancing teachers'understanding of vocational guidance and enriching the connotation of teachers'roles,building a professional teaching team and introducing professional faculty,innovating the form of courses and enriching the content of vocational guidance to provide higher vocational students with knowledge reserves and skill training.
