摘要
5G时代数字版权保护面临更加复杂的挑战,区块链技术中联盟链不仅符合我国监管实际,也契合版权保护的技术要求,可以较好解决确权难、授权难、维权难等问题.基于FISCO BCOS联盟链的版权保护应用系统,按照应用层、服务层、核心链层、数据存储层架构,用solidity编写智能合约,采用前后端分离开发方式以及IPFS与区块链相结合的链上链下协同存储方式,实现版权注册、查询和可信交易,有利于缓解链上存储压力,增强系统安全,提高数字版权保护水平.
Abstract
Digital copyright protection in the 5G era faces more complicated challenges,and the coalition chain in blockchain technology is not only in line with the regulatory reality in China,but also fits the technical requirements of copyright protection,which can better solve the problems of difficult to confirm the copyright,difficult to authorize the copyright,and difficult to defend the copyright.The copyright protection application system,based on FISCO BCOS alliance chain,in accordance with the four-layer framework of application layer,service layer,core chain layer and data storage layer,writes smart contracts with SOLIDITY,adopts front-end and back-end separation development method,as well as the on-chain and off-chain synergistic storage method combining IPFS and blockchain,realizes the registration inquires and trustworthy transactions of copyrights,which is conducive to ease the pressure of on-chain storage,enhance system security,and improve the security of digital copyright protection.
