Three Dimensional Integration within Universities——A Study on the Construction of Teaching Quality Monitoring System
By reflecting on Morgan's quality stratification analysis framework and combining it with the actual talent cultivation in Chinese universities,an internal model of"three-dimensional integrated"teaching quality stratification analysis framework for universities is reconstructed,including design quality,process quality,and training quality.On this basis,this paper proposes the principles of"student-centered","result oriented","continuous improvement",and"diversified participation"for constructing an internal teaching quality monitoring system in universities.The construction methods and application cases are elaborated in detail from three dimensions:design quality,process quality,training quality providing theoretical support and practical guidance for improving and optimizing the internal teaching quality monitoring system in universities.
