Cultivation of Professional Degree Graduate Students in Applied Universities——A Study on the Current Situation and Optimization Path
The implementation of professional degree graduate education in applied universities is of great significance for promoting the integration of vocational education and general education,further improving the modern vocational education system,and promoting students'multi-path development.With the development of the classification of academic degree and professional degree graduate education,applied universities play a part in the training of professional degree graduate students.This study conducts research and analysis on the current situation of cultivating professional degree graduate students in applied universities through questionnaires and interviews.The paper summarizes the problems existing in the current training work from four aspects:curriculum system,mentor team,practical links,and thesis.Based on this,optimization suggestions are proposed,including scientifically setting courses to highlight vocational ability cultivation,building a high-quality mentor team to improve collaborative education mechanisms,strengthening professional practice management,deepening the construction of industry education integration training bases,strengthening the application orientation of thesis,and improving the diversified evaluation system.
