Advanced Specialty Courses of Higher Vocational Education in Korea——A Study on the Implementation Status,Teaching Governance and Experience Enlightenment
Korean vocational colleges are promoting advanced courses for higher vocational education bachelor's degree majors centered on"on-site"and"practice"and guided by abilities for college graduates,,operating an integrated teaching governance model of industry and education,so as to achieve the goal of cultivating innovative and integrated high skilled talents.This vocational undergraduate education model is very popular in Korea,and has contributed to industrial upgrading and technological innovation.China's vocational undergraduate education can learn from its practice,clarify the positioning of talent training,reconstruct curriculum construction,strengthen the governance of industry education integration teaching,and provide talent guarantee and innovation foundation for building a skilled society and developing new quality productive forces.
