Collaborative Development of Vocational Education in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region:Achievements,Challenges,and Prospects
After a decade of development,the collaborative development pattern of vocational education in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has progressed from initial exploration to the in-depth promotion of building a pilot and demonstration zone for vocational education reform in the region.In terms of policy guidance,the educational administration departments of the three regions have actively laid out to build a tiered policy system;in terms of talent training,the first national cross-provincial talent joint training model has been created,and a cross-provincial modern vocational education system has been established;in terms of cooperative education,a form of cooperative education that takes into account poverty alleviation and innovative development has been constructed;in terms of resource sharing,the deep sharing of resources such as teachers,training equipment,and teaching resources and courses has been promoted;in terms of cooperation models,it has moved from the integration of industry and education to the integrated development of vocational education,science and technology,and talent;in terms of vocational training,a comprehensive lifelong vocational skills training system has been established.However,the collaborative development of vocational education in the Jing-Jin-Ji region also faces challenges such as administrative barriers,insufficient internal motivation,and insufficient cooperation efficiency.In the future,serving the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to become a pilot and demonstration zone for Chinese-style modernization is an important historical mission faced by vocational education.
