摘要

通过汇总和分析《京津冀职业教育协同发展简报》(第 32~36 期)、35 份北京市职业院校京津冀职业教育协作 2023 年总结和 2024 年工作要点、2015~2022 各年度北京市推进京津冀职业教育协同发展年度报告发现,2023 年北京市相关主体参与京津冀职业教育协同发展的广度、力度、深度不减,协作内容与形式多样,并呈现出七个新趋势,即学校参与数量回升、协作区域重点更加突出、示范园区规划加速、一批协作组织成立、对口合作协议签署、经常性协作交流机制强化、京冀"2+2+2"贯通培养启动研究.与此同时,也存在一些问题.下一步应将工作指导方针从鼓励全面探索调整为寻求重点突破,加强跟踪研究、协作经验总结、成果宣传和交流.

Abstract

By summarizing and analyzing the"Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Vocational Education Collaborative Development Newsletter"(Issues 32-36),35 summaries and key points for work in 2023 and 2024 of Beijing vocational colleges and schools'collaboration in vocational education in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and the annual reports on Beijing's promotion of the collaborative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei vocational education from 2015 to 2022,it is found that in 2023,the breadth,intensity,and depth of Beijing's relevant entities'participation in the collaborative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei vocational education did not decrease.The content and forms of collaboration are diverse and show 7 new trends,namely:the number of participating schools rebounded,the focus of collaborative areas became more prominent,the planning of demonstration parks accelerated,a batch of collaborative organizations was established,counterpart cooperation agreements were signed,regular collaborative exchange mechanisms were strengthened,and the research on the"2+2+2"through-training between Beijing and Hebei was launched.At the same time,there are also some problems.The work guidance policy should be adjusted from encouraging comprehensive exploration to seeking focused breakthroughs,and it is necessary to strengthen ongoing research,summarize collaborative experiences,and enhance the promotion and exchange of outcomes.
