摘要
着眼于应用技术大学人才培养,以工匠精神融入为切入点,以"学困生"为研究对象,探究致困之因,求索疏困之策,回答好"转什么""谁来转""怎样转"等根本性问题,探索构建应用技术大学"学困生"转化培养新模式.
Abstract
Focusing on talent cultivation in universities of applied technology,taking the craftsmanship as the starting point and"students with learning difficulties"as the research target,this article explores the causes of students'difficulties in learning and seeks solutions in order to respond to some fundamental questions such as"What new education models could be used?","Who plays a key role in the new model?"and"How to put the new model into practice?",Therefore,we aim to probe into the construction of a new way for the transformation and cultivation of"students with learning difficulties"in universities of applied technology.
