Social Forces' Participation in Vocational Education:Motivations,Issues, and Strategies
With the development of a diverse education system, social forces have gradually become an important support for the modern vocational education system.Promoting the participation of social forces in vocational education is an intrinsic demand for vocational education to integrate with the"four chains,"and it is a means to achieve diversification of educational entities,as well as an important reflection of promoting the comprehensive development of students and educational effectiveness. In practice, there are issues such as insufficient motivation mechanisms for social forces to participate in vocational education, imperfect policy coordination mechanisms, and a lack of evaluation mechanisms. Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the connection between vocational education supply and industry demand,to form a motivation mechanism guided by market demand,to promote the coordination mechanism between educational policies and industry policies, and to improve the quality evaluation mechanism that combines diversity, dynamics, and processuality.
