摘要
职业生涯规划教育是高校就业工作的重要组成部分,是就业育人工作的重要一环.以工业设计专业职业生涯规划课程教学改革为个案,从优化整体教学设计、创新教学模式、实施过程组织和学生学习效果评估等多个方面,探索以全方位育人理念的职业生涯教育教学实践.
Abstract
Career planning education is an essential component of university employment work and a crucial part of the employment education.Taking the teaching reform of career planning curriculum of industrial design major as a case study,this paper explores the educational practice of career planning with the concept of comprehensive education from the aspects of optimizing the overall teaching design,innovating teaching mode,organizing implementation processes,and assessing student learning outcomes.
