The Integration of Professional Education and Career Development Education in Application-Oriented Colleges from the Perspective of Correspondence Reproduction
The high-quality development of application-oriented colleges requires us to stick to its school orientation and education program as well as the correspondent relationship between cultivation scheme and social economic development.By examining the relationship between the current situation of application-oriented colleges and economic life,we have found that some aspects of the school program like institutional structure,knowledge production,evaluation systems and values education are not in accordance with the goal of serving economic development.Therefore,starting from the correspondent relationship between reproduction and education,we should integrate professional education and career development education.Through compatible curriculum,teaching methods within majors,sustainable evaluation system and individual career path plan,we can conquer the obstacle of mismatch between university program and discipline development in application-oriented colleges.
