摘要
为适应社会对经济与工程技术双结合复合型人才的需求,德国自上世纪二十年代起突破学科定势在柏林首创设立经济工程专业,为经济产业复苏和崛起发挥了重要的作用.目前,该专业在德国及周边国家发展迅猛,并在近年来被引入我国,与国内适应产业转型及创新创业复合型人才培养的需求高度契合.开展经济工程专业建设最关键的是人才培养方案中经济、工程技术、专业集成及软技能领域教学内容的有效融合,因此对德国经济工程专业"柏林模式"的发展过程进行研究,是该专业在我国本土化推广和发展的关键.
Abstract
In order to adapt to the social demands for the compound talents with the combination of economy and engineering technologies,Germany has pioneered the establishment of Business engineering specialty in Berlin since the 1920s by breaking through the discipline orientations,which played an important role in the recovery and rise of economic and industry in this country.At present,this specialty has developed rapidly in Germany and in the neighboring countries,and also has been introduced into China in recent years,which is highly consistent with the domestic demands for compound talents to adapt to the industrial transformation,the innovation and entrepreneurship.The most important part of the curriculum setting is the efficient integration of teaching contents in the fields of economy,engineering technologies,specialty integration and soft skills in the cultivation program.Therefore,the study of"Berlin Model"and other developing processes of German Business engineering specialty is the key to the further promotion and development of this specialty in China.
