福建职业教育资源与区域重要产业的现状与匹配路径

摘要
通过对福建省区域产业体系和产业结构特征,以及福建省职业教育专业布局、人才供给、办学条件与资源等现状的分析,剖析福建省职教资源匹配区域重要产业新发展存在的问题,认为应采用加强职教经费多元投入、强化职教资源要素保障、提升专业适应产业能力、强化内涵建设突显质量等策略,优化配置职教资源赋能区域重要产业发展.
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the regional industrial system and structural characteristics of Fujian Province,as well as the current development status of vocational education resources such as professional layout,talent supply,educational conditions and resources in Fujian Province,this essay analyzes the problems existing in the matching of vocational education resources with new development of important industries in Fujian Province.Strategies of strengthening diversified investment in vocational education funds,enhancing the guarantee of vocational education resource elements,improving professional adaptability to industries,and enhancing the quality of connotation construction to match vocational education resources with important industries in the region should be adopted to optimize the allocation of vocational education resources and empower the development of important industries in the region.
