摘要
围绕产教深度融合,全方位剖析产教融合的内涵和本质属性.从知识创新机制、人才培养手段、职业教育师资结构、校企合作、国家发展战略等五个方面系统论证了产教融合的功能边界,突出产教融合在实现职业教育高质量发展中的关键作用和应然价值.分析职业院校深化产教融合的动力机制,指出职业院校实施产教融合的实践难点,提出推动职业院校实施产教融合的路径.
Abstract
Surrounding the in-depth integration of industry and education,this paper comprehensively analyzes the connotation and essential attributes of integration.It systematically argues the functional boundaries of industry-education integration from five aspects:the new mechanisms of knowledge co-creation,methods of talent cultivation,structure of vocational education teachers,school-enterprise cooperation,and national development strategies,highlighting the key role and inherent value of industry-education integration in achieving high-quality development of vocational education.The paper also analyzes the driving mechanisms for deepening industry-education integration,points out the practical difficulties faced by vocational colleges in implementing integration,and proposes feasible paths to promote the implementation of industry-education integration in vocational colleges.
