Empirical Research on the Governance Model of Modern Apprenticeships of German Guild Organization
Germany is a late industrial development country,in the 19th century embarked on the road of industrial power,the tradition of the guild system has profoundly influenced the development of Germany in various fields,including education.The German guild organization was born at the intersection of history and the process of the times,which not only represents the voice of the enterprise,but also spares no effort to represent the will of the country,coordinate,intervene and influence the healthy exchange between the vocational education and training market and the economic market,protect the rights and interests of both enterprises and schools,standardize the quality of the training system,and avoid vicious competition in the employment market.Based on the development process of German guild organizations participating in apprenticeship and the establishment experience of modern German guild organizations,this paper analyzes the problems of guild organizations participating in the governance of apprenticeship in China,and puts forward enlightenment and suggestions.
