Exploration and Practice of Action-Oriented Teaching Mode From the Perspective of"Dual System"in Germany
Action-oriented teaching is a student-centered teaching model which is oriented towards job tasks.Firstly,this paper explores the German"dual system"of vocational education and the action-oriented teaching model it employs,deriving the objectives and basic characteristics of the action-oriented teaching model.Secondly,taking"mechatronics technology"as an example,the paper conducts a practice of the action-oriented teaching model,explaining the method of designing action fields,learning fields,learning situations,and carrying out teaching with the"six-step method"as the core.Finally,the paper sorts out various problems and challenges that may be encountered in the process of implementing the action-oriented teaching model and proposes corresponding strategies.
